I just moved to the area and been staying here for a bit. Staff is super nice, helpful and accommodating which is not the case for a lot of the other places around here, it’s an older place so the rooms obviously aren’t perfect but they’re clean most have a full fridge standard tv beds are comfortable and as I said any concerns I had were addressed pleasantly. This is also the ONLY hotel I’ve found in this area that’ll accept cash. Obviously not a 5 star resort but for what they charge a night it’s definitely a 5 star review. Oh and great location.

I had a great stay here. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and made check-in quick and easy. The location is convenient, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and welcoming. For the price, it’s definitely a solid value. I’d stay here again.

Excellent location, friendly staff. They treat us with a bag of snacks and 2 bottles of water, nice detail, strongly appreciated. The rooms are big, very clean with all supplies needed. The place is very quiet and the parking lot is big.

The staff here is the best. From the manager, Bob, to the front desk clerks, to the housekeeper who was so conscientiousand thorough in cleaning the room. Every staff member we interacted with was professional, gracious in caring for their guests, and just pleasant to be around. Bob went out of his way to help us during the winter storm that caused our flight to be canceled. He just made the whole experience so much less painful and frustrating by being so responsive and accommodating. The place isn't fancy; but the service provided by the staff exceeds that of many fancier hotels, for half the price. Stay here if you want a clean, well-equipped room, high quality service, and an elevated guest experience.

I love this place. Very affordable. I've been here 2 weeks now and I love it. From the front desk, to the workers upgrading rooms, to the women that comes and clean your room, everyone is so nice and helpful, and always smiling. I def recommend staying here when you come to town. You won't be disappointed.

Been going here for years! Honestly 5/5 all the way! Idk how this place gets bad reviews. It’s so quiet, peaceful. Neighbors, staff is all cool. Respectful, nice and brief! I love that so much. Pretty simple if you ask me! If you need a place to stay in, watch some tv, have a fridge, coffee maker, a nice shower plus a microwave?? Plus some good tv and WiFi! I love this hotel out of every hotel in Melbourne. Thank you so much again and God bless you and the staff! Much love
